These terms cover the Skinny Scanning app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and for Android phones, tablets, foldables and Wear OS, provided by LyteFast, the developer name of LYTEFAST, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. By downloading or using Skinny Scanning you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skinny Scanning on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms (App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (Google Play), depending on where you got the app.
Subscriptions
A subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks the full app. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- App Store: Skinny Scanning Pro is sold and billed by Apple to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Apple's Media Services Terms apply.
- Google Play: the Skinny Scanning subscription is sold and billed by Google Play to your Google account. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. The Google Play Terms of Service apply.

Skinny Scanning is an educational tool. Nutrition values, scores and explanations are approximations and are not medical, dietary, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or nutritional decisions, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or a history of eating disorders.
Your content
Your scan history, progress and settings are stored on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for backing up your data.
No warranty
Skinny Scanning is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
